Problems installation in windows 7

Good afternoon, I want to do a consultation to them. I am trying
to install psycopg2-2.3.1 in Windows 7 and it gives an error
me:
The program stopped working correctly by a problem. Windows would
close the program and it will notify to him if a solution
exists.
Can you help me?

Hi,
this is really too little information to understand what's going on. Can you tell at least what python version are you using, and if it's 32/64 bits?

Tried installing psycopg 2.4 beta 2 in windows 7 and found no problem. Given the lack of details this is enough for me to close this ticket.

If you stumble in this bug, first try to convert the .exe into a .zip and extract it manually as explained in Jason's page: it has worked for other users with similar problems.
