Isolation level documentation and true seriability

The isolation level documentation (2.4.3dev0) should mentions 9.1 SSI transactions. Currently it mentions that REPEATABLE READ is replaced by SERIALIZABLE. This is not true any longer in 9.1.

Oh yes, the docs of the constants has not been updated to the 2.4.2 status.
