Cannot submit tickets through the Lighthouse website
Reported by Psycopg website | July 12th, 2013 @ 08:30 PM
Submitted by: Chris Schmich
I've created an account and I'm trying to submit an issue through the Lighthouse website, but the ticket is not appearing anywhere.
I do:
- Click "Create new ticket" - Add title and description - Click
"Create ticket"
The form submits and I end up at http://psycopg.lighthouseapp.com/projects/62710-psycopg/tickets. The page says "Your ticket has been created.", but it's not appearing anywhere (overview, open tickets list, all tickets, tickets reported by me).
In the top-right corner of the issue, it says "# / New", so it doesn't look like the issue has an ID. Unless the ticket is waiting in some queue to be approved, this seems broken.
Thanks & regards,
Chris

You'll have to talk to the Lighthouse guys. This ticket has been open as 169, and the 168 was open yesterday, thus they are losing your ticket somewhere.
