Create escape literal method

I'm currently attempting to create a high-level query builder specific to my application and I need to manually escape literals so they can be added to the query I'm building.

It's in program for psycopg3, not before.
Before that you can create your subclass of string, call it Identifier, create an adapter for it and do the double-quote string escaping. Everything needed is in the documentation.
