Range objects cannot be sorted

...which is ok because there is no meaningful order. Except that it's not, because SQLAlchemy tries to sort objects on them if they are used as pkey.
Postgres too provides an arbitrary order to implement btrees on them.
Adding the issue here as reference: it's already been kindly fixed by Chris Withers (https://github.com/psycopg/psycopg2/pull/10)
