Depending on the connection factory you use, the
cursor.fetchmany() may requires the
argument instead of using
psycopg2.extras.RealDictConnection: KO - the
psycopg2.extras.DictConnection: KO - the
psycopg2.extras.NamedTupleConnection: KO - the
psycopg2 version 2.4.4, Ubuntu 10.10
